Avoid standby when recording (1 Viewer)

MediaPortal Version: 0204
Windows Version: XP MCE2005

Is there a way to stop the pc from going into standby when MP is recording?
My wife and kids hardly ever notice when the htpc is recording, so when they are done watching something they just press the standby button on the remote.
In MCE the standby is interrupted if there is an active recording. Is it possible to get MP to do the same?

Hopefully this will be part of the new TVengine, but to answer your question no at the moment, as the standby button is out of MP's control, especially when MP not in focus (possibly could be edited for a different use with MP in focus).
