[QUOTE="g0rsq, post: 655432, member: 106527"] Just trying to iron out the few final bugs! I use Streamed MP and Last.FM (really love this plugin) but the Virtual SMS input has no backspace to delete existing text! Only key available to do this is the keyboard backspace, but this is not mapped to any remote key. I can use Imon to assign a remote key, but I have already used all available IR commands available from my Harmony/MCE remote, so will require removing another IR command. However as I only want backspace while in SMS virtual keyboard, I think I can use the remote mappings within Mediaportal, but cant get it to work! 1 I found a key that I have no use for when in Virtual SMS keyboard (REC) 2 In MCE keymappings in Mediaportal settings, I navigate to the REC button, and open it out and add another operation, that is listed as Virtual SMS keyboard. 3 I set the operation as key press, and enter the code "8" for backspace. (I tried in both boxes, but neither worked. I presume two boxes so a CTRL can be used). 4 I move this operation so it is top of the branch. I expected this would make the REC key give a BACKSPACE command when in Virtual SMS Keyboard, but it doesnt, :ooops: it still performs as REC and enters an R in the SMS text. Am I using the MCE keymapping correctly (cant find any guidance on its use) and is my keycode "8" correct? Thanks in advance.
