Backup recorded TV database? (1 Viewer)

Is there a way to backup the the recorded TV database? I create a full image of my C drive everynight, and sometimes I have a need to restore an image from a couple of days ago or more. However when I do, anything that has recorded after the date of the image dosen't show up in recorded TV. Even though the actual video file is still there (gets recorded to different partition). THANX!

Well I did some research and found, this can be acheived by clicking on "backup" in the TV channels part of the cinfiguration. It creates a xml file called ChannelList.xml. I want to be able to back up the most current "settings" daily. If I just back up ChannelList.xml every day, will this reflect the most current "settings"? Or do I have to re create the file everytime I make a change to a channel, scheduled recording etc.? THANX!

I don't know if this is slated for the Old tv engine... but I have put in a request to back up your scheduled/recorded shows to Frodo. I am only talking about the new TV engine. It is on his TODO list...
