Hey Hey Hey ;) I updated my MP 1.0 RC 1 to 1.1.1., but..as expected the instalation exited with an error. So i deinstalled the MP and reinstalled it again. Now i fouind out that all my configuration files (??) were stored in backup-folders (MediaPortal_BACKUP_10-02_0-17 and MediaPortal TV Server_BACKUP_10-02_0-17 [in "Programm Data folder" and inside the MP installation folder]). Now nearly all my configurations are resetted to the default due to the installation.. My questions are: * Is it possible to just replace the files with these MP backuped when i deinstalled the old version? * MP changed the Videocodecs to default again. As i had many troubles with artefacts before i found out the codec best to use i want to restore these settins, too. Is that possible? Where are these settings stored?? And for the future.. * Is thre a possibility to save all the configs to a file..aka... export them? * What about the ferver configs that are stored inside a MySQL Database. ** Can i backup the data inside that database? ** How? Thx 4 your help! :thx:
