Hi all,
I have VERY strange issue. Trying to use streaming TV with 800 kbps feed.
If I run it directly from the browser (Silverlight player), the bandwidth usage is about 850kbps which is completely normal considering the overhead.
BUT when I run the same streaming channel through MediaPortal 1.0.2 the bandwidth usage jumps to 3.7Mbps.
I know that MediapPortal uses WMP as a player, but it should not really matter in this case.
I'm really confused. And ideas anybody?
