Hey guys, When I'm listening to music with the BASS engine, it sounds completely horrible. I have 7.1 surround with a Xtreme Audio Sound Blaster, and the issue is only with the BASS Player. If I use the INternal Fdshow, it sounds better, but for some reason, make MP very unstable. I've also tried using ASIO4ALL and running BASS with ASIO, but then my subs have NO bass at all, they're 2 15" 300wRMS subs, so they definately thump. Whats so strange is that if I'm playing the song in BASS (sounding horrible) then open my Creative audio manager, then change something (not modifying anything, just a click on a setting) it sounds way better, but not where it should. I'd really like to be able to use the BASS player, cuz the visualizations are coolest part, the pc is hooked up to a 10 foot theater screen. Milkdrop is awesome, to say the least lol.
