BBC channels suffer video stutter (1 Viewer)

I installed 1.0.1 when it came out and since then the BBC channels have all suffered a regular and constant video stutter (approx 2/sec). ALL of the other channels are fine.
I contacted Blackgold to ensure that it wasn't a hardware issue and they supplied me with the Cyberlink TV Testkit, which worked without problems on all channels.
My current thought is that it might be something to do with the codecs, but I have no idea how to resolve this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Which codecs are you using at the moment ? (it's not in your system specs....)

Is this on SD or HD channels ?
