Will do, but the insulation that I have at home for the moment is 25mm thick. It worked great in the old case but I think I need to find something else.

One thing already done is the hdd cage. It's now completely loose from the chassis. Standing on lots of rubber.

edit: well, after a couple of weeks laying sleepless at night I finally opened up the case one more time to try to solve my over heating issues. The rear fans in my setup are 2x noctua rf 80mm at u.l.n.a (<5v and completely noiseless) wasn't enough to get a good air flow in the case. The results were a GPU at ~90-120 and a CPU that idled @ ~50-60 :(

So I installed a 60mm fan on the NT01 evo cooler. Didn't help mush unless I had it on max speed.

So, today I took an old antec stock 120mm fan and mounted it on the side of the optical drive, facing downwards at an angle towards the GPU and CPU. Hooked it up to a fan mate (useful to have if encoding video) and turned it down to minimum so it's inaudible.

GPU dropped to 55. Tried to enable Cool 'n' Quiet again, worked like a charm without stutter when using DXVA and CPU dropped to 40 idle and 57 after 20 min of full load.

Now it's just the storage HDD left. Not mush to do except building a server in another room.
