Best Audio Codec/settings for DTS ? (1 Viewer)

I do have a receiver which decodes DTS and AC3 so i installed AC3 filter and set the config to use SPDIF

Getting sounds through but the spoken word volume is very low. It's not a speaker setup issue because it's fine from other sources (my bluray player)

What are the optimum codec and configs for

MPEG/AC3 Audio decoder

AAC Audio decoder

Audio renderer ?

Could you provide some additional information.

What type of receiver are you using? Are you connecting to the receiver via S/PDIF? Does your receiver use different speaker settings based on the source? Have you tried a different application for playback and does it sound the same? What type of audio card are you using?
