So if you can have this resolution, than you have 1:1 pixelmapping and superb picture quality.But in the EDID of the LCD the best resolution is 1280x768@50Hz.The great thing about the nvidia driver is that you can add a custom resolution, I will explain how:Goto &quot;manage custom resolutions&quot;.Add a custom resolution.Horizontal desktop pixels&nbsp; 1366, Vertical desktop pixels&nbsp; 768, GDI Refresh Rate&nbsp; 50Then select &quot;manual&quot; (now you can disable Interlaced), select Timing standard&nbsp; Auto and try if it works, if not try another timing. Next I enabled v-sync (always on) and deinterlace best in mediaportal and powerDVD 7 or 8.Finished, I now have superb picture quality on my HD ready LCD TV.Also with fast picture changes, it works superb.I don't know if other hd ready TVs can also be set like this, but you might just have an old nvidia card and try it before you but a new one.I think if you have a full HD it makes no difference ati or nvidia, this 1920x1080p, which is in the EDID of any full HD screen.Hopes this helps others.</blockquote>
