Best settings for FFDSHOW (1 Viewer)

hello,

can anyone tell me, what are the best video-settings for ffdshow? i use a 16:9 TV with 1280x720 point. problem is, i have with some TV-Shows small black bars on the sides or a small black frame or the picture is streched and i see coneheads.

perhaps anyone can make a screenshot of his settings and post it here.

other problem with ffdshow, if i use the zoom-mode, i see small stripes in the pictures, is that normal ?
