Check that you dont have any left overs in the post-processing filters section in the MP configuration application -> Videos. Check also that your preferred video codec does not have dxva enabled (via MP configuration if you have the beta MP installed)Also, I think I remember I had one codec which would not work, but I forget which one. Try changing the codec to sth else.</blockquote>
