Better OSD Mouse Support Patch (1 Viewer)

* OSD will autoshow when mouse is moved if OSD Display Timeout is > 0
* Button Clicks now work on buttons in OSD
- The sliders and up/down arrows do not work though

Note: This patch is for GUIVideoFullscreen.cs only, but a similar, if not identical, patch could be applied to GUIFullscreenTV.cs. I just don't have a capture card to test it.

I dont know if its possible, but i was thinking that it could be really nice if volume could be adjusted with the scrollwheel on the mouse.
