black border recring wintvpvr 150 (1 Viewer)

Hi,

while recording with media portal i get left and right black border in my recordings.
aspect ratio is set to 4:3, decoder mpc, tv setup ist set to 720x576

with original wintv 200 iget no boders on the sides.

so what's wrong ?
