In an attempt to debug, I switched from .ts to .mpg. For example, I can play the stream in question (rtsp://192.168.2.10/6CD4AD7B) in SMPlayer. This seems to rule out a server issue.</p><p></p><p>The symptom is a black tv screen that seems always paused (no time elapses, although I can scan through the file). It also takes a long time (15-20 seconds) to start playing. Before the SP3 upgrade this delay was after the black screen appears, post SP3 the delay is now before the black screen appears. MP is unresponsive during the delay time (in both cases). After the delay MP behaves normally, and I can exit just fine.</p><p></p><p>Live TV is not a problem.</p><p></p><p>I have searched for similar problems, and the only thing that looks somewhat related appears to be fixed by not using rtsp (which I prefer to continue to use).</p><p></p><p>Any ideas appreciated.
