Hello.
I have the ATI HDTV Wonder. Output will be 9600XT DVI to a 1080P LCD. Currently just using the cheasy indoor OTA HD antenna and CRT for testing.
The issue is with the TV Guide that came with the Wonder card. The software scans for channles and only shows me SD channles - no HD. But thats only half the issue. The other issue is that the Guide date is a day off. My PC's date is fine, but the software only allows shows the Guide for the 16th - yet today is the 15th.
It even says "ya, lets go online and get this week - 15th-22nd" And it looks like it does.
I have also tried MediaPortal. It finds all channles needed - but no TV Guide AND the channles are all black. (although I see the image flash real quick then go black until I change the channel). I really like the GUI of MP. I have tried both R2 and R3.
I know the card works for a the channles because the ATI TV software shows the TV channels just fine.
I just wanted a good guide that shows both HD, SD and interactive would be nice (like the ATI or MediaPortal is suppose to do).
Any other recommendations or is there something I'm not doing right? All latest software and drivers are installed as well as all Windows updates etc.
With MP - it's probably just user error.
