Just bought ArcSoft TotalMedia Theatre 3. Seems to work perfectly with the Beta3. ArcSoft TotalMedia Theatre seems a lot faster than PowerDVD, which I was using untill today!

You should use beta 7 if it's installable. There are still some bugs with TMT3 but so far I'm liking it.

Yeah, for some reason beta 7 would not install on my Vista machine. But it installs perfectly on my Windows 7 machine that is cleaned installed from scratch.

Just purchased TMT 3 platinum and installed the beta 7 plugin. Seems to work really well so far.

The only thing I have noticed is that pressing the "green" button on the MCE remote causes the screen to go black, but the sound still plays. I'm forced to get the keyboard and re-focus TMT then press the back button to exit TMT. I suppose I'm used to pressing the "green" button when watching live TV, videos etc and seeing the little PIP on the home screen.

Not working for me

TMT3 Mp with latest svn and tried using beta7 of the plugin. MP minimizes OK but then nothing happens .... after a few seconds mp comes back to menu full screen .

Any suggestions?

I have a little problem with your plug-in. To go back in MediaPortal I have to press ESC (mapped it to the remote control), but to go back in uMCEDVDPlayer I have to press BACKSPACE. Is it possible to have a common key?


refresh rate also doesn't change to 24Hz although I ticked it off in the setup

Hi Woddog, how did you re-map your MCE remote? Which software did you use and was it difficult to do? The last time I installed the plug-in on MP, the was the only draw back is that I couldn't get back into MediaPortal.

Has anyone figured out how to mount ISO's using MediaPortal? I know with MCE, you can download an plug-in to incorp DeamonTools and you can mount them, I was wondering if anyone has done so with MP?
