Well, you asked what you needed to do to playback your Bluray files & ISO's, so i assumed you didn't read the first post, because that explains everything you need to do. Might have been a bad assumption then, my bad.
But like the first post says, you need to use the MPC splitter, put de .dll in the plugin/proces folder, check that the plugin is enabled, and you're done.
Also without this plugin you should (already) be able to play Bluray (ISO) files. The plugin helps with Seamless Branching discs so that the entire movie (correct playlist) is selected instead of a single stream.
