Hi All

First I would just like to thank the community for providing such a functional piece of media software. What caught my attention with media portal was a few screen shots of media browsing by retail cover box. All videos and cd albums had a picture of their cover as a large icon. Ive just installed the latest mp + spinsafe revolve skin and was curious as to if anyone can just point me in the right direction to getting my media to display as such.

Thanks in advance! :)

Hope I understand your question correct.

You can use the filmstrip view or the large icons to get it like that.

Your media need some preparation as well.
Just a simple example not going into movie db stuff:
If you have StarWars.avi you need StarWars.jpg in same folder with the picture of the retail cover box.
    Same concept with music albums.

For the folder you can have a folder.jpg. Otherwise the movename and the jpg name must be exactly the same.

Take the movie example in my first post. See, the names match.
Now, when you have a music album with all the album mp3's in the same directory like for example "Madonna - Confessions on a dance floor", then you need a folder.jpg in that folder.

Later on, when you are done experimenting the basic stuff, you should also consider looking at movie/music database stuff. Just do a few searches and read the wiki.
