BSOD during hibernation (1 Viewer)

Hi there , i recently have a BSOD saying
0x0000008E 0xC0000005 0x805042B8 0xEC139844 0x00000000 or
0x0000008E 0xc0000005 0x805042B8 0xEC96F9C0 0x00000000 errors during hibernating phase with Powerscheduler.
Never got that problem before.
Ive googled it but didnt found a solution for that specific error.
Reinstalled video +tv card drivers and changed RAM but error it's always there.
Anybody saw that problem , or knows a solution , dont know if i need to investigate on hardware or software
