The behaviour is correct, the details footer is shown only, if an item is focused. If no item is focused for which program the summary should be shown?It's the same behaviour in movies, series, ... The "bug" is, that the logo and start and end time from previously focused program remains. I'll take a look into this, I reported it once and a fix is available I think. Seems it's not in this screen.
