Building my first media box (1 Viewer)

Good Morning all,

i'm looking for some tips on building my first media box.
I'll be running Windows 7 with a DVBSKY card installed.

My main question is, will I be able to use a MGCAMD setup on it?

I won't ask too many questions at the moment but any views gratefully received
