Hello all, I was wondering if its possible to setup MP to use as TV source a Cable STB, Im planning on buying a ir transmitter to use it as a channel changer between the stb and the htpc. Is there any advice/plug in that I should consider while doing this?

There is lots of information about this on the forums. Basically, yes, you can, and I recommend the MCE Remote and blasters.
