Cablecom CI solution (TechnoTrend Connect CT-3650 CI ?) (1 Viewer)

Hi,

Does anyone know of a CI solution for Cablecom in Switzerland?

I have a TechoTrend Budget C-1501 which worked fine with softcam in 2010 until they started changing all the keys (and yes, I had a subscription), but then had to fall back on their horrible recorder box.

Is anyone using a TechnoTrend Connect CT-3650 CI work with a Cablecom DigiCard, or know for sure if it would work?

Hi

You would need the boxkey for that, which i don't think can be extracted right now.
So you're out of luck.. even with a valid card

I cant help u cause Im new in htpc stuff but i know there is a solution over softcam! Actualy i use a DM-500C with softcam and it runs very well so why it should not exists a solution for computers? On a linux system i know it for sure!

I will search the internet for a solution too because i wont to build a htpc as well for cc... I have a subscription too but i have 2 TVs and i dont pay for all 1 TVs... Ok i could take the cisco box from livingroom to sleepingroom if i git to bed... lol...

Yes, I know that there is the "SoftCam" way, but that's not very legal...
