I am too chicken to try it!!!Checking my cards again, only the HVR4000 has the power socket, the Nova S Plus does not have one. Edit: Well I am thinking now that perhaps this &quot;power&quot; socket on the HVR4000 is actually an adapter for the outboard Video In and audio ports that were provided with the 4000 rather than a power socket.
