I can't help, but I'm in a similar situation.  I get my Freeview EPG via a program which gets it from the FreeView NZ website, and it stopped updating 3 or 4 days ago and there is nothing appearing after Sunday night.  Even the Online Programme Guide on their website doesn't work after Sunday.  I emailed them yesterday but no response and no action.
