The first few times I tried to install it (a LONG time and many versions ago) it was a mission and I couldn't get it to work but if you read the instructions (takes maybe 5~10 mins?) and then install FTR I think you'll find it pretty straightforward. Having said that it sounds like you might not need the extra features it has anyway except for the ability to always record a certain programme - which is an awesome feature of FTR....Just remembered something else I (kind of) use - I never get around to watching the News so I have FTR set to record it every day then automatically delete it after 2 days. Why do I do this?
