Can Event Mapper differentiate media types at playback start? (1 Viewer)

I would like to send different commands to an external program, when
a. playing everything that requires a monitor (TV, video)
b. playing everything else like music and radio

So I´m trying to solve it with the IRSS event mapper, but I can't find the correct event. For example the event Playback_Started only reacts on music and webradio, but not on video. Unfortunately if music is playing and I start playing a video the event is not triggered.
So i tried with the event Play_File, but this event has not been triggered at any point.

Does anybody have an idea, which event maybe with special parameter can help?

This is also my wish but playback_started seams not to differentiate for me at all, it is triggered when playing all audio and video but not DVD. Maybe there is a parameter passed with this event?
Is there maybe an other way to check what is playing (audio or video)?
