Can Mediaportal decrypt channels using a phoenix USB card reader and a legal subscription? The Card reader is connected directly to my HTPC (no cardsharing).

Can mediaportal access the cardreader directly or di I have to use some kind of plugin for this?

This kind of decryption is allowed, right?
