Can I use mediaportal for Bell ExpressVu in Canada? (1 Viewer)

I came across Media Portal and I am planning on building an HTPC...I want to know ....am I going to be able to use this to watch and record as well as see accurate, current program guide for Bell ExpressVu here in Canada? Thanx in advance for any help...Jason

I believe someone has got the Hauppague HDPVR to work with media portal. I don't have it so I cannot confirm that it works 100%.
