Can´t start my MP (1 Viewer)

I cannot start my MP, after setup following measage appears (also see attachment):

"An error occured while loading the plugin WindowPlugin.GUIPrograms.SetupForm.
It´s ncompatible with the current MediaPortel version and won´t be loaded"

Does anyone know have to solve this problem?????

My computer is a:

Laptop compaq nx7010
Processor 1,6 GHz
598 MHz
1,25 GB RAM

Win XP Pro (Service Pack 2) - All new win updates

Which version of MP have you tried?
Stable? SVN snapshot (if so, please provide the exact revision)

Tv Server And Plugin 13416 03-15-2007

i followed the video tutorial on setting up the tv server exactly and that is the error i got, except i only get it after that configuration (shown in pic above) when i go into the config and click to view the plugins. windows plugins section & external players sections disappear from the plugins section however process plugin stays there

my pc

amd athlon 3200xp
1 gig ddr ram
geforce 6600gt
leaktek dvt1000t
2 x 250gig hdd and 1 x 60 gig hdd
pioneer dual layer dvd-r

I have seen this, LOGS show the failure within MP to load plugins and goes into a recursive loop, it also affects the PLUGINS in the MP config; I reverted to 13411 for MP.

It doesn't seem to be a problem with the TV server .
