Can you take a look at my setup and let me no were I am going wrong for HD + Blueray (1 Viewer)

Hi this is what I have done so far.

"Movie Folder" have selected the folder with all my HD movies in

"Movie Extensions" have added m2ts to the extension list and made sure all my movies end with this Carlitos Way.m2ts etc

"Movies Player" External player = Nero showtime (with HD and Blueray Plug-in) have selected Nero Showtime exe by clicking browse -Path/Filename:

I then open Media Portal and I can see the list off all my movies, when I open the movie folder thou, ie the Matrix it isnt showing any type of file in there to play. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong ??

Media Portal can't play Blueray or HD movies yet natively.
The reason for this is that the companies that make these formats are very protective of the information on decoding the data. For this reason it will be a long time before a free and open source project is allowed to do this.

When Windows gets native support for HD then it should work in MP but at the moment there are some workarounds using PowerDVD as an external player. I'm not too familiar with these though, since I don't have any HD devices.

But isn't he saying that he is using an external program that supports HD and Bluray as a plugin to MP?
