Cannot find a good tutorial for writing a plugin (1 Viewer)

Hello I'm trying to find some info for writing a plugin for MP2 (c#) - but can't find any decent resources. I can see that there are some examples in the source code but I can't get to the sourcecode as tortoise SVN keeps giving me "Error: XML data was not well-formed" when I try to download it.

There seems to be a distinct lack of documentation for MP2 plugins.
