Cannot get album/artist info (1 Viewer)

Sorry to bother, I am pretty sure I am getting something simple wrong but canot figour out what:

I insert a CD into the drive, navigate to the CD or to a track on the CS and select "show album/artist info" and.......
absolutely nothing happens

Anyone can give a hand to a new user?

Anyone? I understand there must be a problem with accessing the FreeDB because the album/artist info should appear by itself when I insert the CD. I have tried different CDs and never got any info???
