Cannot get MediaPortal to open using start button (1 Viewer)

I am now using an official MCE remote (RC6 model 1039) now and I still can't get MP to open using the start button and with MPtray installed.
I have configured autostart MPTray and I have disabled Mediacentre.



What am I doing wrong?
Do you need to me post any logs?

Also how do I map the open "live TV" the "EPG" butons etc to Media Portal?

Hi Paul

Make sure you have disabled all other remote choices in MPconfig, only the MCERemote should be selected, try rebooting if ehome driver only just installed after making any changes.

ps. all buttons should just work, including coloured teletext.

Thanks for the quick reply.
Nope still nothing. I need general HID enabled otherwise the pause and play and the top half of the remote doesn't work. None of the other coloured or "live tv" or "guide" buttons work.
I have two instances of Microsoft eHome Infrared Transceiver installed in device manager.
All buttons work when Mediacentre is enabled.
I bought this remote (second hand on ebay) thinking all the buttons would work by default and no configuring required.
