Thanks for the quick reply.

Nope still nothing. I need general HID enabled otherwise the pause and play and the top half of the remote doesn't work. None of the other coloured or "live tv" or "guide" buttons work.

I have two instances of Microsoft eHome Infrared Transceiver installed in device manager.

All buttons work when Mediacentre is enabled.

I bought this remote (second hand on ebay) thinking all the buttons would work by default and no configuring required.
