I am able to get the remote working with MP straight out of the box. However, for the life of me, cannot get the blasters to change the channel on my sky stb. I have been searching on the forums for 2 days now to try and get it working but no success yet. Let me explain what I have attempted so far:</p><p></p><p>1) I have installed MP 1.0 RC4 without TVServer (Not sure I need it as I am only ever going to watch tv in one location). I have added the analog card to the Television section of the MP config and added 5 channels. These 5 channels are configured as external channels using the "External" tab for channel configuration. I have also correctly entered the channel numbers for each channel. I then installed IR Server Suite 1.0.4.1 and the Microsoft MCE Transceiver 1.0.4.1 - SP1 patch and finally got the Test blasts to work both from the Debug console and from the MP Blast Zone plugin. However, when I change the channels within MP I do not see any blasts on the IR blaster eye. WHY???<img src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7" class="smilie smilie--sprite smilie--sprite5" alt=":confused:" title="Confused :confused:" loading="lazy" data-shortname=":confused:" /> Attached are the log files under this scenario.</p><p></p><p>2) Having a look on the forums I thought maybe I DO need to install TV server to get the blasting to work. So I uninstalled MP and re-installed it, this time, with TVServer. I did all the configurations as required. Once again, I got the same outcome - the Test blasts work fine from the plugin both in TVServer config and MP config.
