cannot install mediaportal 1.02 in vista (1 Viewer)

hello everyone
i have a problem when i am installing media portal 1.02 i have a vista 32bit with sp1
and when i start the installing process it copy the files to the temp directory and crash with this error
"MediaPortal.DeployTool has stopped working" dose anyone now how do i install media portal

Hi there and welcome

Did the installer start to write to the log files? If so please attach.
C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\log\

A screenshot might also be handy.

Can you also update you system specs.

ok so first its doing extracting the files (see 1.jpg)
and after its finish i get the error MSG (see 2.jpg)
i have a windows vista 32 bit with sp 1
my computer got 4 gb of memory a cpu q6600 2400 MHz a display adapter g force 8800 gt and on vista i get 5.9 score (see 3.jpg)
there is no log because the installer crash before it start to write ( i think that the first thing after the extracting is that the computer run the media portal deploy tools and for some reason its crash on my computer)
BTW i have dot net framework 3.5 with Sp 1

did you do a full windows update ? Can you recheck in particoular .NET 3.5 ?
