Cannot record the timeshift buffer without tvguide.xml (1 Viewer)

1. delete tvguide.xml
2. start MP setup and remove all programs from tv database
3. start mediaportal in fullscreen mode
4. go to MyTv
5. Watch tv for 1min
6. hit record

"No data available" message gets displayed on screen then mp starts recording from the live point. I even tried going back to the point i want to record and no luck, it records the live point only.

I never use tvguide because both my cards connected with av.

Hi, I think this is not a bug, but rather a design issue preventing users without epg data from recording timeshift buffer. I've added a request: https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/request_recording_timeshift_buffer-t18973.html?p=124444
