Cannot start Configuration.exe (1 Viewer)

I am new to the MediaPortal, and have installed the version 1.02.

After installation complete, I follow the instruction and start configure the TV-Server part.

The Server configuration is OK. I can scan both analog and digital TV channels from my hybrid USB tuner.

But when I try to start the MediaPortal Configuration, the application crash every time it try to adding the video section.

I would like to ask why would this happen and how can I fix this, as I cannot start the application.

(Even if I skip the configuration part, the main application still cannot work)

I would guess that most of our devs and testers would need a translation on that
