Cannot start TV server (1 Viewer)

Brief cliche preamble - Big fan of the TV server software. Big wraps on the kodi integration. All involved should be commended.

To the point -

Receiving the error shown in the attached jpg when trying to start TV server.

Attempted on more than 1 machine to eliminate local issue. Started a couple of weeks ago, went to another program however MP 1 is the best for kodi I have found.
