Can't Add Capture Card (2 Viewers)

Hello, I am new to Media Portal. When I go into Media Portal Configurator > Television, I see the "Initial Screen" (as it is called in the manual), but no where do I see a place to add/edit capture cards or configure the EPG settings. The options seems confined to the "Initial Screen". Am I blind? My rig is as follows:
O/S: MCE2005 with SP3 and all windows updates.
TV Card: VistaView DA-1N1-E Combo PCIe ATSC and NTSC
