Can't adjust volume in MediaPortal (1 Viewer)

Hey!

I'm quite new to MediaPortal and I really LOVE IT! (especially in combination with plugins like TV Series).

But I have a problem. I want to adjust the volume with my gamepad (I use it with XPadder to control MediaPortal, it's just the same like when I use th keyboard)

I see the volume symbol changing, but the volume itself doesn't change.
I use my 5.1 System with a Realtek AC'97 board. In Windows I just can adjust the volume with the wave bar. (in the volume control window).
Is maybe this the problem? And how can I fix it in Media Portal? (to change the wave bar instead of the volume bar)

Not sure if you've resolved this yet or not, but you might try opening up the MediaPortal setup and going to General -> Volume Settings. You can then change what sound control Mediaportal controls.
