[Bug] cant change TV channel after live tv pause (1 Viewer)

Hi

using rc5, win 7 x64, intel dual core, peak dual tuner

using rc5, start watching live TV press pause wait about 6 minutes then press pause to restart watching TV, then press back button and select TV guide.
Select a different channel and press ok on remote, 3-4 second pause then preivious restarted buffered tv carries on.
press back and select TV guide again, select new channel press ok, same thing, even though TV guide shows a new channel selected.
press stop button, then TV guide you can now select a channel

surely even if timeshift buffer is playing when you select a new channel from the guide the time shift buffer should stop and the new channel start?
this also occured with rc4, don't know about other versions
