Please, post your entire log directory of both MP and TV Server (we need to check older service logs too).The epg errors in the service log seem to be related to 2 cards grabbing the same channel at the same time. It seems, there are 2 frequencies carrying the same epg data. It causes some DB errors. Please, try patched lib from attached file and let me know the result.
