Using MyFilms V5.2.0.2132

(I didn't know if I should ask in "testing" or
not since I'm sure I'm doing something wrong.)

Anyway...

All of my movies are on a NAT and accessed like:
\\SERVER-01\Drives\1A\Movies

1A is a mounted drive and Movies is a folder on
the drive. The Movies folder has folders like:

Harry Potter -> Has 8 Harry Potter movies
Aliens -> Has 4 Alien movies
Escape From - > Has 2 movies

I followed the directions in the wiki but have
had no luck.

Any suggestions?

What do you mean adjust the originaltitle?

You mean actually rename the ISO files?

Ok I modified the catalog and it now has them in groups but the group isnt showing a random cover. Should I put this in the 5.2 thread?

With 5.2+ there is mainly two changes regarding grouping:
    - AMCupdater get's ability to better autodetect groups, e.g. by a keyword - so it is no more "static" as before (when it either always or never used folder as groupname)
    - You can manually add covers for the groups to be displayed
iirc, we do not display random cover, but the one of the first movie in the group, if there is no groupcover found.
You may have a look at samplemovies.xml and the included groupcovers to get an idea how it works.

Which is the first one? The oldest film, the first added to the collection, the first alphabetically,...?
The groupcover you mentioned is one general set in the config of myfilms, isn´t it?
    Thanks

The first one depending on your sort option for the films

You can place those in the catalog folder where your DB is located - see Catalog folder and samplemovies.xml as an example how it works
