You can use AMC 4.2 to grab info, then from 4.2, in the menu file: save as... 4.1. Open your AMC 4.1 (You need both of them) export to XML.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. My point is that after the new install ALL movies show up as watched. Even the 20-25 movies I haven't watched yet. This happens regardless of the watched/unwatched status set on the movie catalog (xml). So I guess it has nothing to do with the catalog itself but with the MyFilms plugin.

I finally worked around this by downloading msxsl.exe from microsoft and put it in my catalog catalog, together with the attached xsl and bat files. I then configured AMCU to run the bat file as post-processing (under the Options tab). I anyone plan to reuse this you have to edit the bat file, as my catalog file name is hardcoded in it.

With the new install package (6.3.4180: My Films 6.1 released ! (30.06.2014) - V6.1.0.3107 (MP 1.6, 1.7 & 1.8)) I was able to updated MyFilms and now it’s working again.
