Can't get none of my two remotes to work =/ (1 Viewer)

I have a problem getting Intelliphone and my Cinergy XS remote to function with MP 1.
They are working with MCE, VLC, MP2 etc without problems but when going into MediaPortal v1 it is like the devices do not exist, despite that I have mapped their buttons.

I have shut down MCE services and autostart of ehTray.exe without any effect. Also I am running the program as an administrator so that is not the problem.

Anyone have an idea of what I can do to make it work? It feels like I have tried everything

Intelliremote is not the problem, as the Cinergy remote doesn't work with MP despite using the Terratec software to control it.

Maybe I was a little bit unclear in my first post that it is MediaPortal which is the problem.
The Cinergy remote and Intelliphone are used with separate software. The Cinergy with Terratec software and Itouch with Intelliremote, both works with every program, except MP! Despite the keys being mapped.
The problem as I see it is that for some reason MP refuses to handle any signal except from my keyboard, and I don't know why
