cant get signal through STB (1 Viewer)

ok i am so confused with the setup. lol

here it is in a nutshell..... wall ---- coax to STB --- Svideo to PVR350 ---- RCA to TV.

i only get a black screen.

I do know that this setup is correct because i also have SagetV installed and it works fine. the guide downloaded off the internet like it is supposed to, the channels all change like they should, recordings are all great.

I just wanted to try MP before i commited to SageTV (using 15day trial)

i am confused about the settings i need in the tv section. are there screenshots around that show what to do? he wikii manual was no help. and i have been searchin the forums now for over an hour.

....must go get advil ....

How did you setup channels in mediaportal-setup?

Be sure to use CVBS(?)/SVIDEO and enter PAL etc (In a hurry - mor detailed later.. perhaps)
