Can't get VODServer to work (1 Viewer)

I'm trying to use DVB-IP with MP. Because MP needs the internet streams in MPEG2-ts you can't use it out-of-the-box, at least not with the MP in-build functions. I have nowhere found a MPEG-2 source yet, most of them are in MPEG4. I have seen that there is a plugin called VODServer. In the thread of this plugin you don't get support. Can somebody help me please? I would be grateful if someone knows a better sollution.
